Seguin is located 30 minutes east of San Antonio and 60 minutes south of Austin, with excellent access to the major thoroughfares of I-10 and SH130. Eisenberg created a series of maps to highlight the area’s proximity to transportation, local businesses and employers, and population to businesses, developers and residents.
