April showers bring May flowers, and as we take a look around the stakeholder communications landscape it appears that Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) is in full bloom.

More and more we are seeing our clients measure value, not simply by their bottom line, but also by how they positively impact the world. We launched the third edition of Denbury Resource’s “The Nature of Our Business” online report. Denbury is an independent oil and natural gas company with operations focused in the Gulf Coast and Rocky Mountain regions.

May also brought in a corporate sustainability report for Meritage Homes. Meritage Homes is the seventh-largest public homebuilder in the United States and they are the industry leader in energy-efficient homebuilding. Meritage has received the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year for Sustained Excellence Award every year since 2013 for innovation and industry leadership in energy efficient homebuilding.
