In 2013, Tyler Technologies wanted their shareholders to see that 2013 saw a return to its more traditional organic growth rate after recent challenging years. Their growth is indicative of hard work and the investments made in its people, strategic research and development is paying off and placing Tyler as a market leader in the local, state and municipal government space while remaining committed to its long-term strategy and core fundamentals. Using hiking as a metaphor, Eisenberg produced an annual report that shows that Tyler is leading the way, remaining focused but not standing still. Marker flags were used in the graphs to show annual milestones. The annual report was awarded a Silver LACP 2013 Vision Award and an International ARC Award.
