Eisenberg was retained by the Town of Northlake EDC to develop a marketing one-sheet to promote development in Northlake. We identified Northlake’s close proximity to the Texas Motor Speedway as a key differentiator and leveraged that into the memorable “Built for Speed!” campaign. Key demographic info was conveyed with headlines like, “Rapid Development!” “Speedy Approvals!” and “Fast Track Permitting!” to reinforce the “Built for Speed” messaging and to make Northlake stand out.
