San Juan Basin Royalty Trust engaged Eisenberg to produce their 2023 Annual Report and complementary quarterly reports. The San Juan Basin Royalty Trust consists of an overriding royalty interest carved out of certain oil and gas leasehold and royalty interests in properties located in the San Juan Basin of Northwestern New Mexico. Eisenberg drew on the location as inspiration, utilizing a government produced map from 1868 showing the territory of Arizona and New Mexico that includes the San Juan Basin, in a time of transition and development. The United States Topographical Bureau maps were critical in the settlement of the American West.
