Eisenberg created the inaugural ESG report for Northern Oil & Gas (NOG), a data driven real asset owner with a strategy of acquiring and investing in non-operated minority working and mineral interests in the United States. The challenge for the content in their ESG report was that NOG is a non-operating energy asset owner and how to convey Environmental, Social and Governance topics properly to its investors, shareholders, industry partners, lenders and employees.
